Deposit Alternative Scheme
Asett Estate Agent Ltd offers a Deposit Alternative scheme. Instead of paying a traditional security deposit, tenants pay a non-refundable fee equivalent to one week's rent plus VAT. This scheme reduces upfront costs; however, tenants remain liable for any outstanding costs or damages at the end of the tenancy.
Virtual Valuations
Asett Estate Agent Ltd may offer virtual property valuations via platforms such as WhatsApp and FaceTime, subject to availability and branch participation.

Asett Estate Agent Ltd regularly surveys customers and maintains high satisfaction rates well above the industry average.
Property Sale Success
Asett Estate Agent Ltd maintains a notably lower sale fall-through rate compared to national averages, increasing your likelihood of a successful property sale.
Landlord Services
Guaranteed rent payment products may be available, subject to tenant referencing and product-specific terms and conditions.
Property MOT Certification
Asett Estate Agent Ltd adheres to Property MOT standards set by The Lettings Industry Council (TLIC). Properties listed as MOT Certified have completed the necessary safety checks and compliance procedures. However, no warranty or representation, explicit or implied, is made regarding ongoing compliance or condition.
